Terms and Conditions:

Booking and Payment:

• A non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the total package price is required to secure your session date and time. The remaining balance is due on the day of the photo session.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer or other methods as agreed upon.

• Final Payments must be made within 30 days of the final invoice being sent, an additional 10% fee on top of the original invoice will incur from the day after and every 7 days going forward until the invoice is settled in full.2

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• If you need to cancel or reschedule the session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.

• In case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, the session can be rescheduled at no extra cost.

Image Delivery:

• Edited high-resolution photos will be delivered via an online gallery within the specified timeframe mentioned in the package description.

• The number of edited photos included in the package is as mentioned. Additional photos can be edited for an extra fee.

• Images are delivered in JPG or PNG, raw images will not be distributed.

Client Cooperation:

• The client is responsible for the behaviour of all parties involved in the photo session. Any damage to equipment or props due to client negligence will be charged to the client.

• The client is encouraged to provide a list of preferred shots or poses before the session.

Copyright and Usage:

• The photographer retains copyright to all images and may use them for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and portfolio.

• The client is allowed to use the images for personal use. Commercial use requires prior written consent and may involve additional fees- with the exception of real estate photography packages and food photography packages which come with a commercial licence. 

Satisfaction Guarantee:

• If you are not satisfied with the final images, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the photos, and we will discuss how to address your concerns.

Liability:

• The photographer is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages to property that may occur during the photo session.

By booking a session with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.
